As most of you know, my schedule books out pretty far in advance (especially now around the holidays).

I do my absolute best at trying to accommodate all of my clients, even if it inconveniences my personal life. And don’t get me wrong, I do so without any complaints! I have been working 6 days out of the week in order to make sure I can take all of my brow shaping clients and still continue to perform permanent makeup services. And I do this because I truly & absolutely LOVE what I do!

At any given moment, i have 25+ clients on my waiting list- this is exactly why I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Moving forward, i will be strictly adhering to the salon policies (you can find them in my highlighted stories). While I understand that unexpected things can happen, I can also recognize patterns. This is unfair, not only to myself & my time, but to the 25+ clients on the waiting list that want to get their brows done with me.

So I am kindly asking everyone to please be mindful (& respectful) of my time & policies. 🤍

**NO SHOWING YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A FEE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL**
