My daughters are more curious than ever, asking me every question. Stretch marks are natural for me, for women. We can hydrate our skin w shea butter, cacao butter, mango butter, castor oil, jojoba oil. But they will still show and I have learned to love them. Do you have stretch marks? I do have insecurities but stretch marks is not one of them…

Comment “54” and I’ll send you this episode 💌

Does this sound familiar to you?
Growing up many of us heard the same lines: “Finish your plate.” “You need to eat all your plate to be strong.””There are kids that are starving and you have this food”
We weren’t taught to listen to our bodies. We were taught to override them.
As adults we heal by reconnecting with intuition, hunger, fullness, and trust. Unlearn.

For over a decade I have been teaching about the power of intuitive eating.

If you relate to this, you’re not alone.

Whats your favorite way to eat sardines? Save this!

I never thought sardines were my thing until I learned how to make them taste really good 🍱
Rich in omega-3s, skin glow, anti-inflammatory, and supportive for brain and hormonal health.
Comment “sardines” for the ones I buy and love at the moment.
