Here are a few simple ways to ground yourself during pregnancy:
✨ Sip a warm herbal tea (like lavender or chamomile) while listening to soft music.
✨ Practice deep belly breathing for 3 minutes every morning.
✨ Speak affirmations over your womb: “My body is wise. My baby is safe. I am held.”
✨ Touch your belly with intention — even just 60 seconds of connection is powerful.
