Moment of transparency: 💭As a recent grad pharmacist I noticed it becoming increasingly hard to navigate & create balance between the many things I love to do. I had to dive into a couple of different resources so I can really get my mind in the right place 📖. That included meditating, listening to helpful audios, and going on a 30 day mental fast. 🧘🏾‍♀️ I noticed my thoughts were affecting how I performed.

Once I actively started to work towards making a change, more challenges came my way, but that’s what was expected. I am actively changing the way I think about my obstacles, and I can say everything feels much lighter & I am able to navigate smoothly. Everything starts with my mind. 💭
