There’s nothing better than sitting in the chair, catching up, relaxing, and letting the foils work their magic.

✨ Yesterday I talked about how important communication and conversation are when meeting a client for the first time… but honestly, it’s just as important with long-time, seasoned clients too.

Because one day, a client who has always embraced their natural “silver highlights” might say… “I think I’m ready to start coloring my hair.” And that’s exactly what happened!

This is where trust and communication really matter. Instead of jumping straight into something permanent, we talked it through and chose a demi-permanent color.

Why?
Because it keeps the integrity of the hair intact while giving her the option to explore something new.

Next time, she might say, “Let’s add some highlights for dimension!”
Or she might decide, “You know what… coloring isn’t for me.”

And the beauty of a demi? It gives her that flexibility without a long-term commitment.

I know many of you have been waiting for an update—and I wish I had more to share. The new location is ready, and I’m still waiting on the State.
In the meantime, I had to show off this beautiful transformation 🤍
This lovely client came to me as a referral (thank you, Kelly Walter!) and is new to the area. Her previous haircut left her feeling disappointed, so building trust was everything. Before I even picked up my shears, we had a thorough consultation—something she didn’t experience at her last salon.
I may have forgotten the “before” picture (as usual 😅), but I did capture the aftermath—a good amount of hair on the floor! We removed uneven, unhealthy ends, added soft layers, curtain bangs, and face framing to bring everything together.
And the result? Silky, full, beautiful waves that hold their shape and give her hair life again ✨
While I love a good transformation, what matters most to me is the connection. Getting to know you before and during your appointment helps me create a style that truly fits you. This isn’t just about another service—it’s about the experience, the trust, and making you feel seen.
