🍂 1. Switch to a Richer Moisturizer

Lightweight formulations may not be moisturizing enough and you may need something more to quench your skin - especially if you have normal to dry skin.

⭐️ Cody’s recommendation: Circadia’s Aquaporin Moisturizer - it’s silky, versatile and smells incredible.

🍂 2. Hydrate from the Inside Out

Drink plenty of water (obviously!) and consider adding hydrating serums like a hylauronic acid-based product.

⭐️ Cody’s recommendation: Circadia’s Vitamin C Reveral Serum; packed with antioxidants and has a moisture-boosting hylauronic acid base.

🍂 3. Don’t Skip Sunscreen (Ever!)

Even though it’s cooler and less sunny, UV rays are still strong enough to age and damage skin. Keep SPF in your AM routine.

⭐️Cody’s recommendation: Circadia’s Lightday 37 SPF; Lightweight, doesn’t leave a white cast on the face and doesn’t clog your pores.

🍂 4. Gentle Cleansing

Swap harsh foaming cleansers for cream, balm, or oil cleansers that won’t strip your skin barrier.

⭐️ Cody’s recommendation(s): Circadia’s Vitamin Veil cleanser; effectively removes makeup, adds back moisturize and leaves a ‘veil’ of vitamins and antioxidants on the skin. I also recommend the new Nourish cream cleanser that is gentle, nourishing and doesn’t strip the skin barrier.

🍂 5. Exfoliate, But Carefully!

Dry, flaky skin is common in fall. Exfoliate 1–2 times a week with a mild AHA (like lactic or mandelic acid) instead of harsh scrubs.

⭐️Cody’s recommendation: Circadia’s Micro-Exfoliating Honey Cleanser; gentle enough for daily use, absorbs excess oils, environmentally friendly beeswax beads for a gentle exfoliation and leaves the skin feeling supple OR Circadia’s Mandelic Acid Cleanser; this foaming cleanser brightens and exfoliates while targeting pigmentation, acne, and aging skin as well.
