“I’ve never met someone angry about being in a sauna” is often the response I give when asked how I like my job.

While it’s certainly common to feel many emotions when in the sauna, I’ve never found anger to be one of them. The sauna has a wonderful way of washing away the days negative emotions and bringing calm, peace, and a lot of smiles.
