For a healthy indulgence, try this Peace Potion Superfood Snicker Bar recipe by 🧚🏼It’s packed with tons of organic superfoods and medicinal herbs (nervines) from our Peace Potion elixir, supporting relaxation.
Peace Potion Superfood Snickers
:. Shortbread Ingredients .:.
• 1 1/2 cup of coconut shreds (unsweetened)
• 1-1/2 tsp Botanical Lucidity® Peace Potion elixir powder (depending on how potent you would like them to be)
• 1/2 cup of hazelnut meal
• 1 cup of almond meal
• 3 tbsp of maple syrup
• 1 tbsp of coconut oil
• Blue spirulina and/or purple yam powder (roughly 1-2 tsp)
:. Caramel Ingredients .:.
• 15 soaked dates, pitted
• 2 tbsp of peanut butter natural (I used fatso)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 tbsp of raw salted or roasted peanuts
:. Method .:.
• Toast your hazelnuts on low for 15 minutes for 350F. Let them cool and rub off the peels. Alternatively you can purchase hazelnut meal.
• Pulse your hazelnuts (if whole) in a food processor until it resembles tiny crumbs
• Place the rest of your ingredients for the shortbread inside the food processor with the hazelnuts and pulse until combined.
• Place your desired colour and pulse to combine. I make two batches of these raw bars and make two different colours.
• Press into a square container lined with parchment paper. I use a metal spatula to press it down and create an even layer. Place in the freezer until you are ready with your caramel.
• Place all your ingredients for the caramel in the cleaned food processor until it resembles gooey caramel.
• With wet hands, press the caramel onto the shortbread (the wet hands make it easier to press and won’t stick to your fingers). I also try using a spatula at the end to even out the layer.
• Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. When ready, cut into bars using a sharp knife to resemble mini or regular sized snickers/twix bars.
• Melt chocolate in a double boiler and dip your bars! Place on wire rack with parchment paper underneath to catch excess chocolate. Freeze again for at least 30 minutes and enjoy! ✨
Optional: drizzle with leftover chocolate and add garnishes like lavender or rose petals.

Ingredients:
A few dried roses ~1 tbsp
3 cups of soy milk (my personal preference. For creamier, I’d do coconut milk)
2 teaspoons of Longevity Mushroom elixir 🍄
2 tsp of maple syrup (adjust if you want it sweeter)
1/4 cup of hot water for each cup
A shot of expresso or 4 oz of coffee or dandy blend if you’re working coffee out of your diet 🌼🌼🌼
A milk frother or whisk
Handful of ice cubes
Directions:
1. If you have time, overnight steep your rose petals in your 3 cups of milk. Cover and keep overnight in the fridge.
2. Add dried roses to milk in a pot, then add Longevity Mushroom elixir powder and maple syrup. Turn in stove and bring to a short boil. Turn off stove and let it sit for a few minutes while you get your coffee ready.
3. Prepare your expresso or coffee, then split by pouring into two glasses.
4. Strain out the roses from milk and then transfer your warm rose milk into a pouring cup or a bowl and froth for 20 seconds.
5. Pour rose milk into your 2 glasses until they’re 3/4 of the way full.
6. Fill the rest of each glass with ice.
7. Garnish with cocoa powder or rose petals and enjoy right away! 🤍🍄

We have a recipe for the hot summery days ahead! 🌞
💚Matcha Rose Popsicles🩷 created by the lovely Sarah behind
This recipe contains our Japanese Matcha elixir - making these popsicles is a slightly energizing treat. This elixir also contains maca root to support mental clarity and focus throughout the day.✨
Matcha Rose Popsicle Recipe:
Makes: 4-5 popsicles
:. Ingredients .:.
• 4 or 5 popsicle sticks
• 3 tbsp coconut cream
• 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
• 2 cups thick dairy free yogurt (vanilla coconut yogurt is what we used)
• 1 tsp Japanese Matcha by Botanical Lucidity
• 1 tsp rose powder or beet root powder (I used half of each for mine to have more of a pink pop of color)
:. Method .:.
1. Mix all your ingredients except the coloured powders
2. Separate your yogurt into two bowls
3. Place your rose/beet powder in one bowl and mix
4. Place your matcha powder in the other and mix
5. Using two piping bags and fill with each one with your yogurt (one for green and one for pink)
6. Pipe half of your popsicle mold with one colour. Afterwards tap the counter to remove air bubbles
7. Fill the rest of the half with the other colour. Tap to settle.
8. Place in freezer for one hour.
9. Take your popsicle sticks and insert into the somewhat frozen mixture (this way it’s frozen enough to hold the stick. Otherwise, it’ll fall right through if you do it before)
10. Let it freeze overnight. Run the underside of popsicle mold under hot water when ready to eat. This will help loosen them up to eat.

“Self-care is neither frivolous nor indulgent. It is not narcissistic or greedy. It is, however, smart and sound. If, for whatever reason, you do not nurture your Self, you risk becoming worn and wearied, hollow in the shell, unable to maintain any energy in the moment, much less move forward with vigor. Self-nourishment equals Self-love.”
