We spend so much time on our phones and computers every day. That means we spend hours a day with our head down, chest contracted, and tense brow and facial muscles! Can you say headaches, jaw pain, shoulder and upper back pain! Ouch! 😣

But beyond the discomfort...this is actually the same position humans naturally show when anxious, sad, and worried! Hmmmmm....

😳 Recent research shows that this slouched position actually leads to an overall feeling of a lack of power that carries with us throughout the day! What?!

That kind of blew my mind to be honest! So let’s do some yoga to get ourselves out of pain and feeling back in control!
