Reminder to take time today to REST, whatever that means to you! Take a nature walk, read a book, enjoy a cup of tea… Whatever brings you joy, DO IT. Rest is something we all need and say we want, but never really take the time to do. Often, rest is just as important as productivity, and just like all other things pertaining to our wellbeing, we need to find a BALANCE! Finding rest is different for each of us, and can be different from day to day! How are you finding physical, mental, or emotional rest today??

Check in with your thoughts and feelings for a moment... Instead of letting negative things take a hold on you, grab a piece of paper and write down all the WONDERFUL qualities you have. Then, remind yourself it IS all going to be okay! A reminder of your awesomeness is all it takes sometimes to switch your perspective👍❤️
