Hey All! Just wanted to let you know there will be no meditation tomorrow, Sunday August 8th as I am preparing for my Birth Doula exam and I am so excited! The perfectionist in me has me a little nervous but still REALLY excited....Lol.

The free meditation will resume Sunday, Aug. 15th.

I encourage you to play with and practice the meditations on my IGTV and please feel free to DM with any questions and I will get back to you asap.

Looking for answers? I was….
I was always in search of the Truth. And what I learned through the stillness of meditation is the realization that all Truth, all Answers are within.
So when I am seeking an answer, I turn inward, to the calm, the stillness that is my Soul.
I still get upset at time and even impatient…lol. In those moments I again turn in to find peace, calm, and patience, for paths to be made clear and answers to be revealed.
