I believe the universe brings people across our paths at just the right time, and in just the right way. I connected with Lo through Instagram a while back when I was working on a business idea that did not ultimately come to be, but it was in our first meeting that I knew I WOULD work with her some day. Fast forward a few months to Brooklyn + Rye. She was my first call when I knew things were moving forward. I understand that what I tangibly offer in this space are cleaner, safer, beauty and wellness products, but in the quest for wholistic self-care, what I truly aim for is reaching your heart through the written word and inspiring action.

I know you know, but it bares repeating in case you loose sight of what is true; that your beauty and worth are innate and lie deep within. I am personally in a season of unbecoming; digging deep to mine the diamonds created by layers of betrayal, abandonment (my own and other), perfectionism, and people pleasing. Seeking to embrace the darker spaces as part of the whole of my being and leaning into the notion of “that which you resist, persists”. I see evidence of this as I look back on my life thus far and the patterns that play on repeat no matter how much I resist/claim I want to change.

Time for a new storyline; a better, more authentic, imperfect, but whole iteration. As I lean into the darker spaces, seeking to embrace and integrate, I hope you feel encouraged to take steps to do the same.
