She is also trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, a gentle, specialized technique designed to support the body’s natural flow.

This light-pressure work encourages the movement of lymph fluid, helping to reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and support recovery. It is often beneficial after surgery, postpartum, or anytime the body feels heavy, stagnant, or slow to restore balance.
