I started this page because I have a passion for helping people (all kinds of people) who might be struggling with their self confidence, self love, self respect, mental health, taking care of themselves, etc! I love when I hear that I make people feel good about themselves and that I inspire them it makes me feel joy! Take it here I will be your big sister and help you with anything you are struggling. This mental health month, focus on making yourself a priority. You deserve love, care, and support!
We all need love, self care, support, and kindness!!!

WAYS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!!!
1) Have a self care day or night or morning.
2) Take a day off whatever you need to.
3) journal or write about your mental health.
4) watch your favorite movies or shows.
5) Read stuff about mental health.
6) see a therapist if you are able to.
7) learn more about mental health.
8. Listen to music.
9. Listen to podcasts.
10. Make a music playlist for yourself.
There are so many different ways you can take care of your mental health!!!
You don’t have to do these things I listed, i personally use them but some ideas for you if you are struggling to find something!

Dear me I hope you enjoy this year, you will be turning 21 years old…. I know you are nervous and anxious about it but you will be okay! Keep protecting your energy, continue on loving yourself and putting yourself first…. You deserve the world! You should celebrate yourself from all the hardships you have endured. You will try to get a job at the Korean bakery in Richfield…. Don’t give up on yourself.
