I am SO HAPPY to have helped this client today!! went to a different salon and asked for blonde, so she could have it done professionally before she went purple. What they gave her was a brassy copper that she did not ask for, honestly the opposite of what she requested.
She was disheartened and waited a few months to get it fixed. That's what we did today!!

Salons, stylists, you lose out on some amazing people when you don't listen, or decide to do what you want regardless of what your client wants.

No matter what your client requests, communication is key, and they put their hair in our hands so we can do our best work for them.
