Here are the basic time frames that are available right now:

4/21 Tuesday: 2:30, 3:00, 3:30 & 4:00
4/22 Wednesday: 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00
4/23 Thursday: 10:00,11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30

(FRIDAY CLOSED for family event)

Pause…take a minute to stop the madness in your mind and body. Give yourself a minute to figure out how to exist calmly in this world of trauma, and extreme highs and lows.

Here is a simple RESET for your Nervous System:

STOP whatever you are doing, wherever you are.
INHALE through your nose counting slowly to 4. Feel your ribs and lungs gently and slowly expanding.

HOLD the breath for 4 counts. Relax your shoulders, and allow the tension in your jaw and tongue to release.

EXHALE slowly through your mouth, counting to 4 as you completely release the air from your lungs.

INHALE 1-2-3-4…
HOLD 1-2-3-4…
EXHALE 1-2-3-4….

REPEAT the cycle 3 more times.

Then simply rest and breathe naturally, feeling the ground beneath your feet and a lift in your spine as you gently turn your head left and right, releasing your neck.

I am here for you.
I will give you the space you need to reset and relax.
