My mom sent this to me the other day.
It’s my project from elementary school.

I was a child.
Knowing that others need help.

As a child, I wanted to protect my peers.

This is now generational.
When will it end?
Shouldn’t it be this easy?
To lead.
To make change because they are dying?

It’s been 1️⃣ year since we stood in this park and vowed our forever. I could write a lot but instead,

I’d like every person to know that love looks different each day. No two moments feel the same when you focus on growing together. The beauty of love is made through the journey shared and respected by the lovers who vow to keep your soul safe.

We’ve lived lifetimes in our first year of marriage, and I continue to find more reasons why I love Sam. My wish is everyone finds their “Sam.” 09/23/23
