Sometimes I do the workouts I program for my bootcamp girls, just to understand why I get the occasional eye roll 🙄

This one was a tough one! If you need to kick off your Monday with a little energy, try this 20-minute AMRAP:

400 m run (or row)
10 reverse overhead lunges
5 burpee box jumps
2 push-ups

Looking for a clean, healthy, high protein snack?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Whip up some of these yummiest protein balls ever to have on hand. These are seriously SOOO good!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just mix up all the ingredients, roll into balls on a baking sheet, and freeze for 20 minutes. Store in an airtight container in your fridge.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 c raw honey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 c natural peanut butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 c oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 mini chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 c coconut⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp flax seed⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp chia seed⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember to use natural peanut butter (only ingredient should be peanuts and salt), and the darkest chips you can find. The darker the better to get those health benefits! Enjoy!!

Diet is a huge part of the weight loss journey. Even if you work hard during your workouts, you can’t outrun a bad diet.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How can you start making small changes that will get big results?? Here are a few tips:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥬 Add veggies to all your meals. Toss your morning scramble on a bed of spring mix, or your dinner stir fry on a bed of shredded cabbage.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💧 Drink up! Make sure your body is hydrated with good, clean water. This not only helps curb cravings, but helps your body flush toxins and feel energized.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍪 Cut out added sugar and processed food. Your body needs nutrients to thrive and feel energized, and processed food takes a toll on the body physically and mentally.

Shoot for small, consistent changes to create lasting results. It may take time, but your body will thank you!
