✨HONOR & HEAL THE LAND - Community Event
📍2nd Saturday, April 11 at 1:30pm, Sunna
A gentle, meditative practice combining breath, movement, and mind-body awareness to deeply relax, calm the nervous system, and support natural healing. In this 90-minute workshop, you'll learn simple techniques to deepen your mind-body connection, along with guided movement, breathwork, and meditation - no experience needed. All are welcome.

📍Tuesdays, April 14 + 28 at 7pm, Constellation Classroom
60-minute gentle practice of breathing techniques, mindful movement, and group meditation and healing.
