Brow lamination + threading + tint

Building this spa has been one of the most stressful and challenging things I’ve ever done in my life.

I don’t have a huge team behind me right now it’s literally just me doing everything. Talking to contractors, painters, electricians, verifying things with the interior designer, keeping the property manager updated, staying within compliance, doing all the permitting myself, working on signs and brochures, handling marketing, replying to clients, booking vendors, ordering merch and products, coordinating deliveries, cleaning, organizing… while still taking clients full time.

And somehow every single day there’s a new problem or crisis that needs to be dealt with immediately.

And honestly, the last couple of months have come with so many moments where I’ve wanted to give up and keep questioning if any of this will even be worth it because this process truly hasn’t been easy. But what keeps me going is genuinely loving what I do and my clients.

Some of you started as complete strangers and somehow became people who continuously support me, encourage me, and show up for me purely because of my work and who I am as a person. And even now, with everything going on, I’m still seeing new clients walk through my doors every single day and that means so much to me.

And honestly… seeing that support gives me hope that maybe this really will all work out in the end.
