Infrared Sauna Therapy Health Benefits
Obesity is the root cause of various fatal diseases. So it is important to prevent these types of diseases by controlling weight in various ways. Sauna is one of an effective and popular way to combat the problem of obesity as it helps in burning fat by cutting out the calories through sweating. Furthermore, it controls the blood pressure by improving the circulation in the body. Besides this it is an effective pain relief method which is mainly responsible for detoxification.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared sauna helps in the mental healing and prevention of the body. This way the body is detoxified and the unwanted toxins are also removed for the body of an individual. The therapies promote the overall healthier living of an individual. Thus, this way the person can achieve the wellness goals.
Near Infrared
Near infrared (NIR) is the shortest infrared wavelength. Scientific research shows that when delivered at the vital wavelength of 880nm, without extreme heat or light, NIR promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing, and tissue growth. LEDs are effective because they can trigger a natural photo-biochemical reaction, similar to how plants use chlorophyll to convert sunlight into plant tissue.
And when the wave is pulsed, it can travel deeper into tissues. mPulse saunas got their name because the LED pulsate for optimal benefits.
Mid Infrared
Mid infrared (MIR) is a longer wavelength that can pe*****te deeper into the body’s soft tissue where inflammation occurs and speeds up the healing process. To produce MIR, sauna heaters must be able to maintain a surface temperature of 210⁰C. Though many sauna companies claim to provide full spectrum, the material used in their heaters actually melts at the high temperature required for MIR.
We worked with engineers and scientists to source a high tech material made to withstand the temperature required.
Far Infrared
The longest wavelength, far infrared (FIR), reaches deepest into the body, where toxins are stored. We’ve already achieved the most effective far infrared heater with our highly emissive Solocarbon heater coating and have applied that same coating to our polyimide panel. Instead of being sandwiched between layers, the coating is on the exterior of the heating panel.
During the testing process, we discovered this application makes it 99% emissive!
7 Wellness Programs
Because the three heating mechanisms within our full spectrum heaters operate independently, you can program them to generate any combination of NIR, MIR, and FIR heat. You can optimize the IR power, output, and intensity based on your specific needs during each sauna session. Or you can choose one of our preset wellness programs.
Research shows that specific parts of the infrared spectrum are effective at producing different health benefits. Our 3-in-1 sauna blends the optimal wavelengths—near, mid, and far—to achieve specific results. Seven preset wellness programs are ready to use at the touch of a button.

RED LIGHT THERAPY BED
Red light therapy, also commonly called photobiomodulation or low-level light therapy (LLLT), is a therapeutic treatment that helps improve acne, fine lines, wrinkles, alopecia, and other skin and health conditions.
Historically, red light was first used in the late 19th century for the treatment of smallpox scarring. However, the exact mechanisms of red light therapy were not well-understood until recently. A growing body of research shows promising evidence of red light’s clinical potential to help multiple conditions.
How Does Red Light Therapy Work?
Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red or near-infrared (NIR) light on the body or large areas of the body. During treatment, photons, or single units of light, are absorbed by photosensitive molecules in a part of your skin cells. In red light treatments, this can lead to reduced inflammation, increased tissue repair, and skin healing.
Reduces Muscle Pain and Inflammation
In a review of studies on red light therapy and its effect on muscle tissue, researchers found red light may be able to activate, heal, and regenerate damaged muscle tissue. The studies have shown red light can help enhance sports performance in athletes when it’s delivered to muscles either before exercise or after exercise.
The review also showed red light therapy may help increase the level of muscle mass gained after training, as well as decrease inflammation and oxidative stress in muscle biopsies.
Rejuvenates Skin
Red light therapy may improve the appearance and texture of skin. In a study involving 136 people, red light therapy visibly reduced fine lines, wrinkles, skin roughness, and increased collagen density. Researchers determined red light therapy provides safe treatment of skin tissue with high patient satisfaction rates.
Another study found evidence supporting red light therapy’s safe and effective use on skin. Red light therapy triggers specific cell-signaling pathways that lead to heightened cell repair, especially in hypoxic (low levels of oxygen) or stressed skin cells. As the cells repair themselves, this improves the overall appearance of your skin.
Improves Acne
Studies show red light therapy may be able to treat acne. When applied to the skin, red light therapy reduces inflammation and increases turnover of keratinocytes, the most common type of skin cell that makes up the structure of our top layer of skin.
There have also been promising studies on the treatment of mild-to-moderate acne with a combination of red light and blue light. However, more research is needed on the long-term effects of red light on acne and the use of red light for severe acne.
Fat Reduction
NON-INVASIVE Body Contouring LED-based light therapy has been effectively used for decades to reduce the appearance of cellulite and aid in the body's natural healing process. In the late 90's a Colombian physician discovered that exposing patients to mid-600nm light before performing liposuction made the procedure much easier to perform. It was almost like the fat cells had been "melted" while still inside his patients' bodies. Basically, the fat cells targeted with the light treatment deflate like balloons and release much of their contents. After that, your lymphatic system, liver, and kidneys take care of the rest! This results in most patients noticing inches in reduction around various parts of their body.
Improves Symptoms of Androgenic Alopecia
People with androgenic alopecia (a common form of hormone-related hair loss) may also experience significant benefits from red light therapy. A meta-analysis of 11 studies involving 667 people found red light therapy improved hair density and thickness with minimal side effects. Applying treatment for under one hour per week was most effective.
Assists in Wound Healing
Many studies on red light therapy have examined its effects on wound healing. One review of four studies involving 131 people with diabetic foot ulcers found red light therapy demonstrated positive therapeutic outcomes with no major side effects. This suggests red light therapy has the potential to effectively treat diabetic foot ulcers and other wounds.
Traumatic Brain Injury and Other Brain Disorders
Red light therapy has been studied as a treatment for traumatic brain injury and other brain disorders. One study found participants with chronic, mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) reported improved sleep and fewer post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms after scalp application of red and near-infrared light. The participants also reported improved ability to perform social, interpersonal, and occupational functions.
Another study showed red light therapy applied to the head can improve symptoms from traumatic events (stroke, traumatic brain injury, and global ischemia), degenerative diseases (dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's), and psychiatric disorders (depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder). There is also a possibility this type of therapy can improve cognitive function in individuals not suffering from any of these conditions or diseases.
