Chemical sunscreens often contain the ingredients oxybenzone or octinoxate which are hormone disruptors, so it is important to check the labels and avoid these ingredients.
Get a sunblock containing non-nano zinc oxide!
Stay away from direct sunlight between 10am- 2pm.
Find shade as much possible.
Sun is not the enemy, we all need a healthy boost of vitamin D just be smart about it!
