To all of my amazing clients — I truly appreciate every single one of you and the support you continue to show my business. 💛

I do want to address my cancellation and no-show policy moving forward.

As many of you know, I’ve always tried to be understanding and flexible when life happens. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations and no-shows have started to seriously affect my schedule and my business. When appointments are missed without proper notice, I often have already turned other clients away, extended my work hours late into the evening, or held time that could have been filled.

Because of this, I will now be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy:

• 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules
• No-show fee for chemical services: 50% of the scheduled service total or $125 minimum, whichever is greater
50% of Haircuts
• Any cancellation or no-show fee must be paid through Zelle or Cash App before booking a future appointment

I completely understand emergencies happen, and I always try to be fair and respectful. In return, I simply ask the same respect for my time and business.

By no means does this change how much I love and appreciate my clients. You all are the reason my business continues to grow, and I’m incredibly thankful for every appointment, referral, like, comment, and recommendation. 🤍
