We have to learn how to disagree and still live to see another day. We have to learn how to communicate, de-escalate conflict, and seek help, especially if we’re experiencing domestic violence or other dangerous situations.

When we see someone on social media displaying emotional distress or instability, instead of laughing or sharing it for entertainment, bring it to someone’s attention. It may save a life.

I know young people today face challenges that many of us may not fully understand. But no situation is worth taking someone’s life and losing your own in the process.
