Femoroacetabular (FAI): This patient could not flex his hip past 90° without sharp hip impingement pain. This mobilization technique was used to create an inferior/lateral glide with external rotation and hip flexion. Thus, decreasing pain, while improving functional hip flexion to 135° in just on treatment session. Manual therapy techniques can quickly decrease pain and improve range of motion. 🙌🏻 💊

After eliminating pain and improving flexibility. It’s important to create a good balance between mobility and stability. Here we are working on creating a stable lumbar spine and increasing hip strength
Working on hamstring and hip strengthening progressions after a suffering a severe hamstring strain while hiking in the best mountain town in Colorado…Telluride! He was a double Hall of Famer Springhill College basketball and baseball player. He is not just a hard worker, but he quickly adapted during rehabilitation. The Winback TECAR technology helped us get to these harder exercises sooner by decreasing pain, swelling, bruising quickly. Manual therapy, massage, new technology, and therapeutic exercises are a great recipe for restoring functional mobility.

Later stage postoperative exercise progressions after a Lisfranc fracture. Pain eliminated while range of motion, strength, balance, functional mobility was restored. Patient did well and back to normal activities again!

Hip mobilization to improve hip tange of motion using a strong resistance band. Hip range of motion is important for your back, knees, and ankles.
Here we have an elite basketball player working single leg balance/strength exercises using a resistance strap around his torso to improve rotary stability from the torso down. This technique can improve neuromuscular control in the hips, knees, and the ankles by forcing the core to work harder against rotational forces.
