What an amazing weekend at Be+Well Las Vegas (formerly IECSC Las Vegas)! From June 27–29, I had the privilege of spending three days doing what I love most, connecting with our amazing esthetics community.

As Director of Player Experience for The Skin Games, I was proud to be at The Skin Games Booth # 246, meeting so many of our players, welcoming new faces, answering questions, sharing what makes our community so special, and cheering everyone on throughout the weekend. There is nothing better than watching estheticians step into their purpose and realize they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.

I also had the honor of serving as a judge for The Skin Games Wax Off, and I continue to be blown away by the talent, courage, professionalism, and heart each competitor brought to the stage. Congratulations to every competitor….You represented our industry beautifully!

I was also fortunate to attend the ASCP Awards on Saturday evening, celebrating excellence within our profession, and then continue the fun at the Be+Well After Party at Omnia Nightclub inside Caesars Palace. It was the perfect way to celebrate our industry, reconnect with friends, make new memories, and enjoy time together outside the show floor.

One of my favorite parts of every event is the people. Reconnecting with longtime friends, finally meeting online friends in person, making new connections, collaborating with incredible brands, and having meaningful conversations that remind me why I fell in love with this industry over 27 years ago… my heart is so full.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Booth #246, shared a hug, took a photo, asked questions about The Skin Games, or simply spent a few moments connecting. Thank you to everyone who made this weekend so special. You are the reason our industry continues to grow and thrive.

I came home with a full heart, fresh inspiration, and so much gratitude. Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, educate, support one another, and always lead with love, kindness, and light. ✨💕
