I want to make it very clear that this is not me. Our business is located in Oregon, and I have never been involved in any situation like the one being described.

It appears that I’m being mistaken for someone else, and unfortunately, some of these comments have been directed at a family photo. I kindly ask that people verify information before posting hurtful or inaccurate statements.

Get to Know the Ones Behind the Business

My name is Haley, and I’ve been a lash and brow artist in Molalla for 5 years. I’m 27, born and raised right here in Oregon, and a proud mom to my 8-year-old son. Being able to grow PNW Lash Company in my hometown alongside Destinee feels incredibly special.

I’m naturally an introvert—I don’t love crowds, and meeting new people doesn’t always come easily to me. But this job has become my favorite way to connect. My clients quickly turn into my people. You come in trusting me with your lashes or brows, and before I know it, you’re trusting me with your stories, your families, and pieces of your life.

What I love most about what I do is getting to care for others and help them feel beautiful while creating a calm, safe space that feels personal. The relationships built in my chair truly mean so much to me. I love my clients!

Outside of the studio, my time is spent with my son, my partner, and our small zoo of animals—two dogs, a cat, and seven chickens. 🐶🐱🐔

Get to Know the Ones Behind the Business

My name is Destinee Swigart, and I’ve been a professional lash artist for 7 years. I was raised in Molalla, Oregon, and having the opportunity to build and grow a business in my hometown has been incredibly meaningful. It has allowed me to create lasting relationships with my clients and be part of a community that truly supports local businesses.

I’ve participated in multiple continuing education lash courses and am always eager to expand my skills by learning new techniques and staying current in the industry. I offer both UV lash extensions and traditional adhesive applications, allowing me to customize each service to best fit my clients’ needs.

I originally founded Cypress Lash Co., but later chose to rebrand as PNW Lash Company with my partner Haley— a name that holds personal significance, inspired by my father’s business, Pacific Northwest Construction, and my pride in where I come from.

Outside of the studio, I’m a proud mother to a daughter and son, and I share life with my spouse, Cole. On my days off, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially being outdoors and exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

I truly have so much love and appreciation for my clients. Creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and cared for is so important to me. I want every person in my chair to feel relaxed, heard, and confident—knowing they are in good hands from start to finish.
