A hard pill to swallow:
You have to honestly own your past before you can move towards your future. I am not the same person I was 5 years ago but I have learned from and accepted all of my mistakes and I let it build me into a better person everyday.
If you aim for average, you will never amount to anything besides average.

4 years ago, my truck was repossessed while going back to school for my current career and I can not tell you how many times I wanted to quit. I would have laughed at you if you told me 3 years later I would be moving into a brand new house with my wife. Blessed beyond measures is an understatement, just NEVER give up and keep pushing forward. So thankful for everyone that has always been there to keep pushing me.
Gratitude is the short cut to happiness. Learn to be more thankful for the smaller things in life.
