Just wanted to share something with you all. I use quite a few products from Banyan (I'm not associated with them at all, just want to share what makes me feel good) I make "Golden Milk" each night and take it with my supplements. I sleep so soundly and wake up refreshed. I use 1 teaspoon of the mix, 1 cup of almond milk (use any milk you like, whole milk will give the richest flavor) a tablespoon of organic almond butter, and two pitted dates. Blend until smooth (there may be chunks of date left if your blender is not very powerful) then pour into small pan and heat to gentle boil. Cool a bit and enjoy.

Avoid microwaving as it will kill off the beneficial properties.
