Hey. It’s me. I’m alive and well. I wasn’t, but I am now and I want to talk about this because I need my BMB Babes to understand me a little better…

My loved ones can tell you I go 100mph all day, everyday. I am a Gemini and Enneagram 7 to the core. I love hard. I work hard. I am a people pleaser. I never say no and I will put the needs of others over my physical, mental and emotional health.

This my friends, I learned leads to something called BURNOUT. And the struggle was REAL. I was overloading myself to keep my clients happy and glowing. I was missing my daughter’s cheer classes or Beck’s baseball to squeeze in more clients. I was relying on other people to help with my kids. My husband is in Australia for 3 months and I’m carrying this LOAD with a new career and my clients were getting the last drop of energy I had in the evenings. It was quantity over quality… And that ain’t my style!!!!

If you’ve had a spray from me you know I go beyond the extra mile to make sure your experience and glo is absolutely FLAWLESS.

I want to apologize. I wasn’t fair to my marriage, my kids, my clients, and most importantly myself. This self care thing is real and it can and WILL affect your mental health if you let it.

As you can see from my last post it’s been a MONTH!!!! I took a step back to reorganize my game plan moving forward so that this won’t happen again. (To this degree) I will be more aware of my schedule and manage my time better. I’m putting this out Into the world so it helps to keep me accountable for this small business that I’ve built from the ground up!

I miss my clients! My regulars knew something was up! And I can honestly say that I feel like I can breathe better. I missed the babe cave and I am refreshed and ready to take off again in 2022. I love and appreciate you all so so much and Kim K ugly cry as I type this, but from the bottom of my heart, Thank You for your understanding and patience with me.

I know I’m the best and I promise to deliver nothing but that. ✨
