Big changes at Salon Ruelle! ✨

After many years of admittedly excruciating resistance on my part, we’re FINALLY embracing the modern world! Our new salon software is officially LIVE, and online booking is back!

Along with a much more streamlined booking experience, we’re introducing an updated service menu and pricing structure across both locations.

So, what does this mean for you?

Our new menu is designed to make pricing more transparent, consistent, and equitable across both locations and all of our stylists. Services are now more clearly defined based on your individual needs, including hair length, density, service complexity, and the time and attention required to achieve your desired results.

Historically, we’ve customized pricing on a case-by-case basis. While our intentions were always good, over time this created inconsistencies, and quite frankly, some services have been underpriced for years.

You will notice increases in many of our listed prices, but that doesn’t necessarily mean your next appointment will cost more! For the majority of our longtime clients, we anticipate little to no change unless your services have been significantly underpriced in the past.

One important reminder: Hair is incredibly individual, and consultations are nuanced! No matter how thoughtfully we organize our online booking menu, listed prices are a starting point and may be adjusted based on your specific needs.

Not sure what to book? Please ask us! With our updated service menu, we completely understand that choosing the right appointment might feel a little confusing at first. If you’re unsure which service to select, have questions about pricing, or need help navigating the new booking system, please call or email us! We’d much rather help you choose the right service from the beginning than have you book something that doesn’t quite fit your needs.

Our goal isn’t simply to raise prices. It’s to create a fairer, clearer, and more sustainable system that reflects the skill, time, products, and care that go into every appointment.

And finally, thank you for your patience as we’ve navigated this software transition! It has been a considerably bigger undertaking than anticipated, and we are so grateful for your understanding while we’ve worked through the growing pains.
