We recommend a chest pocket or a f***y pack so it doesn't impede your leg movement. But you can also use a hip pocket if you need to. You'll go on a 45-minute walk with a group leader. All that we ask is that you keep the pace and stay with the group. This is a good way to get to know people and see the sights around town. You'll definitely get fresh air and a workout. At the end of the walk, we'll collect the phones back to run our analysis on the data and check for consistency. Looking forward to seeing you at the next event!
