hope you are all having a fabulous start to your day. Wanted to let all clients know effective starting 4/8/25 there will be a $15 late fee once you pass your appointment time after 5 mins. When you arrive late to your appointment that makes everyone else after you run late and that’s not fair to the client who is here on time. I know that things do happen there’s been
times I have ran 5-10 mins behind but this seems to have become a problem..I always want to provide my best for you guys and make you feel relaxed and enjoy your time and feel pampered not rushed with me trying to hurry and get your service done to get to the next client on time
