Ladies, this is simply an educational conversation. 😅

There is absolutely nothing wrong with purchasing 2 bundles if you’re aiming for a lighter, more natural-density look. However, if your goal is a full, voluminous sew-in, 2 bundles will typically not achieve that result.

For most clients, I recommend 3 bundles as a starting point. If you’re choosing lengths longer than 18 inches, I generally recommend 4 bundles to help maintain fullness throughout the style.

Of course, bundle weight, hair quality, and the source of the hair can all affect the final outcome, so these are general guidelines rather than hard rules.

When in doubt, purchase 3 bundles. I’d much rather you have a little extra hair than not enough to achieve the look you’re envisioning.

And before anyone asks… no, this isn’t directed at anyone specifically. 😂 It’s simply one stylist sharing her professional opinion after years behind the chair.

Another and today I want to encourage you ladies to speak up at your service appointments.

I know, some of you have not had the best experiences in the past and maybe even very recently with service
Providers and I honestly and genuinely hate that, but Please find the courage to say something then at the time of that appointment if there is something you desire to be changed. I firm believe in speaking with respect and in a respectfully manner everything doesn’t have to be meet with hostility and attitude.

And if for any reason you feel that your voice is not being heard, feedback welcomed and respected, let that be your last time patronizing that professional. It’s that’s simple. As I said in the video, a professional that values the relationship they have with their client will create or have a safe space for you to opening communicate with them.

I hope this encourages at least one person.

Today’s random and raw thought is about those “inspo pictures” you send to your professional. 😩

I love them. In fact I often ask for them, so our vision can be in alignment. But please be mindful that your professional is not the next professional. We all use different tools, products, processes, etc., so what she does to achieve that final look may not be the same process I use. lol those inspo pictures are just that- inspiration on how you hope for your style in its entirely to look. It’s not a guarantee nor a promise. It’s a guide for your professional to use to meet your expectations. That’s it. 😅
