Cindy Sheets, LMT, is an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience in therapeutic massage and holistic wellness. She graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Colorado after completing 1,000 hours of comprehensive massage therapy training and has continued her education through advanced postgraduate studies.

Her specialized training includes Oncology Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Prenatal Massage, ACE Medi-Cupping, Facial Massage, and other therapeutic techniques.

Cindy takes an intentional, personalized approach to every session, focusing on helping each client relax, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing process. Her passion is to make a positive difference in the lives of her clients—one session at a time.
