🌟We as coaches understand how much parents do for their kids so they can get ahead in life and in their sport(s). We understand it can be costly. Pre-season track training starts THIS WEEK. 12 week structured program with 2x/week hands-on group training. Focus will be on acceleration development, max speed, and power output. Monitoring progress with GPS system.
