Ink & Honey is still going 💪
But between this post 2 years ago and now, I went on a bit of hiatus, sticking to my word while still keeping my business afloat, I went and began a new career in insurance.
I haven’t talked much about it here because it’s insurance and it’s boring 🙄 But it’s a necessity to nearly everyone in many parts of their individual lives.
I’m licensed in all lines. But Life is the one I’ve become most passionate about.
With that being said. Hit me up for your insurance needs. Or brow needs. 😉
And thanks to everyone who has kept Ink & Honey, my first business I built, alive and going🖤
Forever grateful to everyone who has played a part in my growth in different aspects of this little life.
To say this hits on a different note would be downplaying everything: Women, children, men, everyone… we are creating a better world. A utopia not based on creed and culture, but one based on empathy and kindness. Most of my clients have shown me nothing but love and support during the last year and especially few recent months with everything happening in my life regarding my mother. I’m heartbroken to say my mother passed away and I’ve been on the road to healing. She was my best friend and my greatest cheerleader. During the transition and last weeks I was needing to spend with my mom and I got a taste of some extremely disturbing people that have no room being a client of mine any longer, and for that I am saddened. I won’t risk my mental health for people that don’t have kindness in their hearts.
During these uncertain times, my good clients were the backbone of my sanity and kept me grounded. I was beyond proud to be a part of that. I was a proud woman and a proud business owner. Despite my support and work pride I still experienced a part of society that could be unkind to female business owners and honestly, screw those kinds of people.
I have been a proud owner who opened with ZERO clients four years ago, 20 years old with a baby on my hip as a single mom and nothing but my ass on fire and a dream in my heart. I figured out social media, coming out of my own anxieties and talking to new people, selling my services, and being away from my daughter some days to chase my own goals.
Along the way I have met some truly beautiful souls, and shared relatable stories, felt attached to people outside of the realm of my own reality. I created a space that I was so determined to make "The Studio For All Babes." I was a reject, and I never wanted anyone to feel unwelcome, unappreciated, or unseen.
The life that Ink & Honey had become is god damned beautiful. A life that I simply helped create, I wasn't the only one to mold it into its final piece. Different people on different paths came and went. The risk I have been taking for the last egregious 3+ months has surpassed its expiration date, and I'm laying it down to rest in some ways. I’m taking some time away from my business. As biased as it may be I will be picky about the clients I continue to take on. I have no room or time for ungrateful and unkind people.
I'm a proud woman and friend and aside from Ink & Honey, I am a human being who deserves human decency like anyone else; not some kind of robot.
I will keep any clients currently on my books, but I will be taking time away from responding to new clients or booking anything on my own.
Again, the life of Ink & Honey, has been a beautiful 4 years, a blessing, a miracle of serendipitously coming together to make things work and work effortlessly.
I hope to get back my vision on what this business is supposed to be for me and what I want it to look like from here on out, until then I appreciate your understanding.
Pure intentions and grateful heart

Cover up session for this mama ✨
Feel free to zoom in on those crispy hair strokes in the front 😉
When it comes to coverups, results may vary and typically require more than two sessions to obtain optimal coverage.
I want to emphasize: Not everyone is a candidate for a correction/coverup. I choose my coverup battles wisely & I am sure to educate my clients on what they should expect. I am no magician and it takes a lot of experience before one can start correcting other people’s work. So please make sure to do your research prior to getting your previous brows covered. 🖤

Mapping and the predraw can be a little intimidating when you see it at your appointment, this is a perfect example of the results despite a larger predraw. I go inside of the lines, keeping the brow petite and not blocky.
The reasons for predrawing are
1. To keep things as symmetrical as possible
2. To ensure I don’t go outside of the border keeping each brow as similar to the other as possible
