Licensed in both Idaho and Florida, Stephanie combines a gentle, intuitive approach with techniques designed to promote relaxation, balance, and lasting wellness. She is passionate about helping clients make self-care a regular part of a healthy lifestyle and believes everyone deserves time to care for themselves.

Outside the treatment room, Stephanie is a proud mom of three with a heart for helping others. In addition to massage therapy, she works as a nanny, is an experienced travel advisor who enjoys helping others plan unforgettable vacations, and is a professional organizer who loves creating functional, stress-free spaces. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her scuba diving, traveling, or golfing with her kids.
