The Confidence Wellness Collective workout on the water (at Navy Pier) was a great event. Always a good time when you can move with a group of great people all wanting to make a wellness deposit! Sunny Biggy Fitness | Chicago Personal Trainer crushed it with an outstanding, fun, and inspiring workout!

The Girl Fit Party was created years ago with a vision that went far beyond fitness. It was built on the belief that true confidence and overall wellness comes from aligning how you move the body with consistency, nourish yourself with intention, presence yourself with style and with your unique beauty, and build community without competition or comparison..

At its core, the Girl Fit Party was designed around four pillars: Fitness, Style, Nutrition, & Community! Yet at the heart of it remains the fact that wellness is a Celebration & why not make it a party!!!!

So I recently got certified in Pilates!! I added it to my list of certifications because it’s so important to work the smaller muscles and do gentle exercises for the body. I believe that Pilates and stretching has helped me to hike mountains and get over 25,000 steps in one day. If you haven’t been to Colorado, it’s a MUST!!!

My Saturday couldn’t start any better with a hike in the mountains…
