There was a time when I had to start over completely — as an immigrant in a new country and a single mom of twins. Life demanded a strength I didn’t know I had. I learned resilience not from books, but from rebuilding my life piece by piece, while holding the little hands that depended on me.

My background in medicine, fitness, nutrition, and functional health became more than knowledge — it became my lifeline. It reminded me that my wellness had to start from the inside out. Every challenge I faced taught me to care for myself so I could keep moving forward. Now, everything that has helped me heal is what I bring into my practice — to care for others and to keep rebuilding myself along the way.

I don’t see the people who surround me or come to me as colleagues or clients. I see us as a community, walking the same path of healing, strength, and self-discovery. Together, we remind each other that our struggles don’t define us — they refine us.
