It ain’t always pretty. Few things in my life have kept me up the way this business has. Even having cool stories and social media, and even a good looking shop is nice, but it doesn’t put butts in the chairs.

I feel responsible when my guys aren’t busy and I have to remember one thing; it’s going to work. I have to believe it’s going to work. All the time and effort, hand picking my crew, it’s going to pay off.

My guys let me know all the time that it’s just a part of the process, and that they know it’s going to work too. So even when it’s slow, and hard, and uncertain, you have to believe it’s going to work. Truthfully, I don’t have a choice. It HAS to work.
