This patient came to see me for lip filler, requesting more volume. She had previously been treated where she lives in Miami. In the before photo, you can see filler migration above the upper lip and imbalanced proportions—particularly a lower lip that appeared too wide.

We began by dissolving the existing filler and have since added volume gradually, restoring balance and refining the shape for a more natural, beautiful result.
