Clean Eve

After seven years of chronic illness with Chronic Lyme, Hashimotos and CMT, I realized something no one tells you. No one will ever care about your health as much as you do.

15 minutes is not enough for your health. You live in this body and you need to learn about it and care for it.

My doctor told me I would never walk again and that I would end up in a wheelchair. I never did.

I was told there was no way to recover from Lyme. My labs came back clear.

I was told I would be on thyroid medication for life. I am not.

Because I changed my diet and my lifestyle.

Today I am free from chronic illness. I am walking and I am going to the gym.
