Base Color: Use any color you love—pink, purple, or chrome (just skip white chrome—it doesn’t give the same effect). 2. Sheer White Layer: Apply a sheer white like Funny Bunny—don’t cure it! 3. Bubble Design: While it’s wet, use clear topcoat and a dotting tool (or brush) to make the bubble effect. 4. Cure: Once you’re happy with it, cure. 5. Decorate: Add crystals or charms—I used a starfish, but have fun with it! Cute, easy, and perfect for a seashell vibe. Next up: the 3D jelly shell + multi-color seashell looks! 06/08/2025
