is our 62-home development and is the FIRST EVER Health and Wellness community in Nashville 🤩

Our goal with this project was to create a community that promoted the health and wellbeing of not only the people that lived there, but the surrounding neighborhoods as well.

We did this by:
💚Connecting the neighborhood directly to to Shelby Bottoms Greenway so neighbors had access to 900 acres of park
🌳 Developing AROUND the trees that were already beautifully existing in this area
👣 Connected the homes with walkways and a central green space to promote getting out and around your neighbors
🚲 Gifted each new homeowner a brand new bicycle
💪 Built in amazing community amenities such as the outdoor gym, public dog park, urban garden, and neighborhood firepit and grills
