Just want to give some updates and reminders!
1. Hours and availability have changed. Please refer to the booking site for available days and times. I recommend booking in advance to maintain consistent appointments! ✨
2. Please make sure that you’re reviewing and following policies prior to appointment and at appointment.
• cancel or reschedule must be at minimum 24 hour notice failure to 50% of service will be charged.
• communication needed for late arrivals after 15 minute there will be a $15 late fee, after 30 minutes no confirmed communication the appointment will be canceled. Full service amount charged.
• Hair must be detangled prior to appointment and ready to receive shampoo service, if not, A detangle fee will be charged.
• all services needed for allotted appointment time needs to be booked at time of booking to avoid time interference.
• please allow up to 24 to 72 hours for communication responses.
3. With changes coming in the upcoming months, I will be sure to post updates on the site as well as social media platforms.
