Last night was a time at and gave Fusion Hair Studio a shout out hey!!! & my art page AmberNtheArts. It was a great show, so funny & the host.

We met all the comedians in the show, all up in the green room and of course forgot my business cards, oh well 😃 I'll be dropping more footage later.

Rare guided imagery opportunity. LIGHT is a clinical based guided imagery program backed by a number studies at UCSD. It’s a tremendous tool in dealing with anxiety, pain, or just general wellbeing. It is modality that requires only 5-10 sessions. It’s for people who’d like to meditate but hate it. There is an opening for ONE client for a graduate needing to fulfill practicum. It is ONLine - it’s extremely relaxing. It’s once a week. Or at least I find it extremely relaxing and I’m a horrid meditator. It is Free ( practioners charge$125-250 an hour) Only one opening.
