Last week, Nasrein and Sara had the incredible opportunity to attend the Evolus ICON HQ Experience Newport Beach, California!

Two full days of education, collaboration, and learning alongside some of the industry’s top leaders.

83 units…woah?! Let’s talk about the whole picture 💉
First up in our full-face tox series: Sara! 💗 Her treatment plan considers how her facial muscles work together, with each area serving a purpose:
Forehead • 12 units to soften horizontal lines
11s • 20 units to soften the frown lines between her brows
Bunny lines • 4 units to soften nose scrunch lines
Crow’s feet • 10 units per side to soften smile lines around the eyes
Jelly roll • 1 unit per side to soften the muscle bulge beneath the eyes when smiling
Lip flip • 6 units to help the upper lip gently roll outward
Lower-face balancing • 19 units across the DAO, chin and jaw to address downward pull at the mouth corners, chin dimpling and jawline definition

A bigger unit count can sound intimidating, but the total alone doesn’t tell the whole story! Those units are distributed across several areas with different goals. Looking at the whole face helps us plan for balance and a refreshed appearance while keeping your expressions you. We will post the before and after's in 2 weeks when her treatment fully kicks in.
Full-face treatment is always personalized because everyone’s anatomy, movement and goals are different, and everyone won’t need every area treated.

We’re looking for two talented, passionate professionals to join the REVIVE team in New Berlin: an Experienced Nurse Injector and a Licensed Esthetician.
If you’re passionate about aesthetics, client experience, continued education, and being part of a collaborative team that genuinely loves what they do, we’d love to meet you. 💗

EXPERIENCED NURSE INJECTOR
We’re looking for a confident injector who can independently consult, educate, develop treatment plans, and deliver beautiful, natural-looking results.
Qualifications:
✦ Active Wisconsin nursing license appropriate for services performed
✦ 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required
✦ Experienced and confident with neurotoxins + dermal filler
✦ Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
✦ Excellent consultation + client education skills
✦ Professional, dependable and detail-oriented
✦ Passionate about continued education and growing within aesthetics
✦ Comfortable collaborating with a team while managing clients independently
✦ Must be available 3 evenings per week + 1 Saturday per month
Experience with full facial balancing, Sculptra, regenerative aesthetics and other advanced injectable treatments is a plus.
Compensation is based on experience, skill level, training + treatment capabilities.

LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
We’re looking for an esthetician who is passionate about skin health, results-driven treatments, and creating an elevated experience for every client.
Qualifications:
✦ Current Wisconsin Esthetician License
✦ Professional esthetics experience preferred
✦ Confident performing client consultations + skin assessments
✦ Strong facial treatment + dermaplaning skills
✦ Knowledge of professional skincare and home-care recommendations
✦ Detail-oriented with high standards for treatment quality
✦ Professional, dependable and organized
✦ Comfortable working independently + collaboratively
✦ Receptive to feedback, protocols and continued education
✦ Passionate about building client relationships and growing within medical aesthetics
Experience with HydraFacial, chemical peels, waxing, brows/lashes and advanced skincare treatments
