BUT… please remember that cancellations within 48 hours are really tough on my schedule (and my income 🥲). When you cancel last minute, it’s nearly impossible for me to fill that spot. Aand that spot is how I pay my bills (and, ya know… feed all these kids 👦 👦 🧒 🍕).

Those text and email reminders? They’re just a courtesy! Please don’t depend on them to remember your appointment. Set a phone alarm, tie a string on your finger, write it on your forehead, whatever works! 💁‍♀️💖
