The Jaded Brand

Ok help I’m looking for this book I don’t remember a lot ! So it started off with this couple getting ready for their wedding I think maybe a week or a couple of days away, The woman getting married had her cousin/ best friend staying with her and she finds out either at her wedding or day before wedding that cousin and fiancé are sleeping together! I think she’s a Dc or Nurse and of course he was in the street but not big Time but the man she meets is big Time she was also sleeping with a Dc at same hospital she worked at! Something happened with her family a while back when she was young and I think another cousin/ best friend got hit by a car and she didn’t visit family for a while bc of it ! But even though she was supposedly getting married at first she wasn’t happy they weren’t even sleeping together just going to work/ back home and work again this dude might be somebody from past he helps reconnect with family and lots of s*x and helps her find happiness and they end up married and pregnant!! It’s so scattered but hopefully someone remembers something!!
